Love Sick(EP) is an Avant-garde African sonic experience of the phenomenon of love, fueled by feeling "love sick" which is associated with non-reciprocated love whether romantic, socio-cultural & otherwise, however despite the hurtful feeling, they make an intentional decision to be the change needed and choose to spread love. Love Sick features a comic relief, beautiful melodies, well written articulate lyrics with apt cohesive narratives and experimental flows on catchy evergreen songs about the themes of love, sex, trust, motivation and activism. This project’s release transcends with the musical, lifestyle & creative culture/movement among the Nigerian youths delving into unique, different or alternative styles, patterns & sounds shifting away from traditional Afrobeats & African music style, and this culture is referred to as “Alte” in Nigeria.

Trust(Amapiano) is an Avant-garde song as it fuses Amapiano, Afrobeats, RnB/Soul, HipHop/Rap & Reggae sounds, creating a unique sound which is alternative, while consciously and/or lyrically articulating a beautiful mind piquing narrative to the beats, making you laugh-think-dance and fall in love. Languages used in Trust(Amapiano) include English, Spanish, Yoruba & Igbo languages.

Trust(Amapiano) is Wrong Sequence’s first amapiano musical release of 2024 initially dropped at midnight on the 22nd day of November in the year 2024 right on time for N4's birthday celebration, "the best birthday gift" according to N4, furthermore he urges that you stream Trust(Amapiano) & share it on socials. Time Will Tell - Track 5

Time Will Tell is the final track of the Love Sick EP, which is a Jazz-Rap love & motivational song. Time Will Tell talks about a lover who gets engulfed in compliments, affirmations and especially admonitions to let go off trying so hard and putting much pressure on self to taking it easier and living life, because time will tell. It is a reminder that as humans, we somewhat tend to put ourselves under some sort of pressure to fit into things, places, cliques, associations, titles or roles of high degree, yet forget to look at how much importance our roles are to loved ones, the uniqueness of our being, the attitude, moral values and talents, which if nurtured together will ride on to manifest trustworthy positive results in Time, because Time Will Tell. AFROSEQUENCE

This is an Alternative sub-genre of African music sound created by Wrong Sequence that is a blend of multiple genres or musical types; which spans across Traditional African sounds, Caribbean sounds & Western sounds, and in its essence is conscious, divergent, unique, unconventional & unorthodox, and is especially made on the basis of “Give” and “Take”, with the beat flow or instrumentals and vocals hitting one after the other in sequence connecting or synchronizing the listener to the sound of the music and it’s narrative, hereby making them feel “Found” rather than “Lost” in the narrow pathway of Life.
